HobbiHopp helps you discover and book creative hobby classes from local creators, making it easy to create offline and connect with others.

Version History Fixes an issue where the app could get stuck on the loading screen on some devices. 3.0.1 Sep 17 A faster, calmer HobbiHopp, with achievements and a profile that is yours.

Achievements. Earn badges for the classes you take and, for hosts, the classes you teach. They unlock on their own and you will get a notification when one does.

Make your profile yours. Choose a colour, a gradient or one of six patterns for your profile header. Students see it on your host page too.

A smoother start. The app opens straight to your dashboard, sign-in works with your password manager, and every screen moves like the rest of your phone.

Booking, tightened. Checkout confirms your place only once it really is booked, tells you plainly if a date fills up while you are paying, and shows why a button is off instead of just greying it out. Refunds are recorded the moment they are issued.

Messages. See when the other person is online or when they were last seen, and keep reading your threads even when the connection drops.

MESSAGE BEFORE YOU BOOK
• Got a question about parking, materials, or bringing a friend? Message the host straight from the class — no need to book first to ask.
• Hosts choose which of their classes accept questions.

A CLASS ARRANGED IN THE CHAT
• Agreed on a different time, place or group size? Hosts can turn that conversation into a real class in a couple of taps, with the details already filled in from their listing.
• Your place is held for 48 hours, and you can book it from the message.

PAY WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP
• Booking now uses Apple Pay or your saved card in the app, instead of sending you to a web page to type everything again.

FOR HOSTS
• Move a student to another class. Wrong date, a session you split, or an upgrade you offered — move the booking instead of cancelling and rebooking. Nothing is charged or refunded, and their ticket updates itself. Walk-in payments can be moved too.
• My Classes now opens as a scannable list. Tap any class to open it and change its settings without leaving the screen.
• Your students list now shows which class each person is booked on, and when.
• Unread messages show a count on your dashboard.
• Turn pre-booking messages on for one class, or for everything you run at once.

SETTINGS
• Choose whether new messages also reach you by email.

FIXES AND POLISH
• Every pop-up in the app now shares one design.
• A booking that was moved is no longer shown as a no-show.
• Sharing a class or payment link now shows the HobbiHopp icon and the right web address. 2.7 Aug 29 Ask for a date — introducing Anytime classes

Can't make any of the times on offer? Now you can ask.

For students
• Look for classes marked Anytime — tell the instructor when suits you, how many of you there are, and they'll say yes or no
• Nothing is charged when you ask. You only pay if they agree
• New Anytime tab in Discover, in both list and map view
• Track your requests alongside your bookings, and pay or cancel from there
• Pay straight from the notification when an instructor says yes
• Classes running on several dates now appear once, with all their dates together

For instructors
• Turn on Anytime for any class and take requests without putting a date on the calendar
• New Queue: everything waiting on you in one place — class requests and walk-in payments you haven't assigned yet — with search, filters and sorting
• Say yes to the time asked for, suggest a different one, or decline with a note
• Ran a session for one person? Open the remaining places to everyone afterwards
• Cancel a request any time before it's paid for

APPLE PAY
Book a class in a couple of taps. Apple Pay now appears in the payment
sheet, with card payment still there if you'd rather use it. It works
for class bookings and gift cards alike.

FOR HOSTS: WALK-IN AND AD HOC PAYMENTS
Someone turns up on the day wanting to join? Create a payment link in
seconds and show them the QR code, they pay on their own phone with
Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. Choose a locked amount, or an editable
one for a split or part-cash payment. Add the payment to a class and
they appear on your roll call, or record someone who paid you in cash.

A LEDGER FOR HOSTS
Every payment, earning and payout in one place, with search and date
filters, so you can see what you've earned, what's still clearing and
what's been paid out.

REVIEWS, ANYWHERE
Leave a review after a class from your phone or from hobbihopp.com,
with a redesigned screen that takes about thirty seconds.

A REFRESHED LOOK
New colours and typography throughout, matching hobbihopp.com so the
app and the website finally feel like one product.

Create and manage your own promo codes right in the app. Set a
percentage or fixed-amount discount, add usage limits and an expiry
date, and choose whether a code applies to all your classes or just
selected ones. You can see every redemption and exactly how much
you've funded in discounts.

Group bookings in roll call
When a guest books more than one ticket, roll call now shows their
party size and counts everyone attending — so a class of 20 people
no longer looks like 15. Checking in a group admits everyone on the
